Guys, sorry for the lack of updates. Was able to get around this issue. I used Hotspot Shield. Its free but there are annoying ads bugging you everywhere.
And yes, i think its regional ban. All my 3 home computers are blocked.
After using hotspot shield, I can create squidoo lenses. Its a bit slower but im using 100mbps connection so it doesnt bother me much.
