Philippine Based Company but US Based Clients

    Im Ron, owner of an internet cafe with only 20 computers here in the Philippines of which 4 are broken, recently i find internet cafe business here in my country becoming slow and the net profit is declining and that's why i wrote this because i am planning to have a partner for this plan. To avoid the business from closing because i don't want to lose it , i am looking for new ways of earning maybe, that might give a little bit or maybe huge of potential income...after coming back and fort to this site,reading post etc,(actually purely reading, because im tired of writing replies,lol) I realized there were still people here looking for some solid business maybe for some.
    I was thinking of Making a Company, with a US based Clients, but the workers are from the Philippines providing virtual services such as:

    • Web development
    • Client Database Design and Management​
    • Spreadsheet Creation and Management​
    • Inventory & Product Lists​
    • Mailing Lists​
    • Proof Reading​
    • Research Data​
    • etc.
    If you dont know yet, employing filipino workers specially in small cities not like manila or cebu are more cheaper comparing to other employees,in other places, for example if the minimum wage for employing workers in manila in One month is almost $300, here in our place is only $200 plus the benefits... i am currently in need of someone who i can trust, and deal on this type of business. I was planning to create a virtual services company of which the profits are being shared equally as investors yearly or quarterly depending on what is agreed.This plan lingers on my mind after seeing such an enormous sources which are available on this site, but the problem is no one can guide me where to start, and how,that's why i am in need of a partner who is willing to assist. After having declining profit , i couldn't pay for any other expense that is needed for employing people.. all i can offer as a partnership on this venture are my computers that i have which are ready to use, (the location or place is not a problem because i already owned the place so we got not problem about rentals) and the availability of these resources as the virtual services will start, in addition, i also know potential workers which can help us realize this by employing them as our workers! by the way im using PC with specs as follows: AMD Athlon processors 2.6GHZ-3.6GHZ , 40-120 gb HDD, 256-1gb Mem. i think that specs are working fine for virtual services right?

    ok, heres the deal, someone who wants to be my partner must be willing to guide me in setting up the needed things to be done.It will be good if you will come here to help in developing this business as a sign of your good interest and intention,or must be willing to assist all the expense that are needed which includes the 1st 6 months of expenses for our employees( dont worry we will keep track of all the records of your expense with reciept and after if we are gaining an income we will deduct your expense not totally but deduct a bit every month until it will be paid for all of the expenses being made)! all profits will be divided by me and you as my partner. I will set up an online camera so you can be able to monitor whats happening if ever you are suspecting i am not true to the business and also to monitor our employees 24/7.     I've found a couple of Filipino women on craigslist that do a wonderful job or rewriting articles for me. (I thank General MacArthur every day.) I feel bad I'm making college educated people write this crap.

    How many people do you have on staff? Do they know actually know this stuff (web development, etc) or are they willing to learn?

    I've been telling everyone here in America how out sourcing stuff to the Philippenes is the greatest thing. I can certainly use your services, but I'm not going to dedicated my life in helping you set up. Don't understand why you need someone to fly out there. Just do it. If your planning on making money via the internet, then you have to be able to market yourself via the internet.

    Actually its not necessary to fly by here just to set it up. Its is just a sign of showing up the interest and also to see where the investment is going to, but actually its not necessary. Seeing via IP Cam is maybe enough, like i said its not really necessary coming here to set it up! Yeah you can say it easily because you know how to start it up, but for me, my resources were gone, and all left were just the computers and the availability of the people i am going to hire who knows how. Yeah "they of course know" what to do, because if your going to hire people who doesnt know how to do those thing is just like riding a boat and dont know which way to go in the middle of the sea. All i need is the finance to start it up, first and foremost not as start up capital, but just the start salary of the people whom were gonna employ.
