Alright, so I know a lot of you will run the same campaign on Adwords, and Adcenter. So, if I have vouchers for both would it be ok to use my $125($100+25) Adwords, and once that is exhausted switch the campaign over to Adcenter to further test using the $50 voucher? I think that would be enough to get me through Phase 1 of testing. It sounds kind of stupid, but I'm just curious if anyone has done this.

Your strategy sounds feasible. The only thing I would suggest is running the campaigns at the same time. That way you would get a more accurate picture because they would be running under the same time conditions (even though running the second campaign very shortly afterward wouldn't have that much of an impact).
Also, I would try and even out the spend on each one otherwise you might have uneven data. For instance you might have much more AdWords data than from AdCenter.
