Pharmaceutical information site - What are my restrictions?

Hey guys I was making a site providing some information on a certain drug and I want to monetize on somethings with adsense and possibly amazon. After researching I read that,

"Google AdWords prohibits the promotion of branded drug names by pharmaceutical manufacturers in the ad text, website, visible URL, and keywords."

What is Amazon's stance on this? Also if I use a different CPA network would they allow me to monetize?
