Alright, So I have the Phantom Cloaker version whatever. Now I may sound a little newbie to people on here but every time the damn thing tell me to put my affiliate link in there and the other link that I want to cloak it with, once I hit generate it say's "copy to the clipboard" and saves the cloak link in a form of a webpage. Wtf? Where is the clipboard located and how can I get my link that I made at?

What you have there is encoded javascript which will render correctly when it is output to the browser.

    Cheers
