How many people does it take to block you before Twitter takes action and suspends your account?

I'm doing a black project (not spamming) and a lot of angry people will block me. I would want to estimate the ramifications so that in the event of a suspension, I will have backed up that traffic in a "clean" handle. Thank you.

Twitter is changing, shadow bans and permanent bans should be a thing of the past soon enough, but they aren't yet.

The answer to your question is zero. If your message triggers a filter it may be evaluated before anyone sees it.

For spam it seems to be more about frequency than number of complaints.

In general, if you're doing something that can cause a suspension, the number is low (4-5?) but it comes with a time window. Those 4-5 may be enough to ensure you're done but you may have 8-12 hours before that happens.

It cant be hours because I have been doing the same thing for weeks without consequences. I have been stealing followers from people in my niche. Normally they insult and block me so I'm wondering how many people I have to screw over before Twitter takes any action.
