Person's google review account is set to private

Hello,

We have an extortionist who goes around threatening companies to fully refund them after service or else they'd leave bad reviews. They are not saying this blatantly but that's what's it's lead too. They have their google profile on private so you can't see past reviews. However we found one other review from them displaying the same behavior. Is there a tool I can use to scrap google maps businesses for their name and find all their reviews. That's the only thing I can think of to expose him as an extortionist.
