I've also received quite a few questions from customers whose accounts have been permanently disabled despite all their activity being transparent. The necessary action is to restart the computer and the local network. If you're running multiple accounts, you should use a fingerprint masking application like AdsPower or other easily accessible apps.

- should I use a new laptop if this one is somehow flagged?
- should I use a different network or a VPN?
- how does ID verification work? has my ID already been burnt?

i have seen ppl rush to create a new acount nd it usually makes things more complicated. if the old account is in good standing give the official process a go before starting from scratch. If u do need a new account i would stay away from doing anything that looks out of the ordiinary just keep it real from day one. A lot of headaches can be saved later by patience.
 
I think you should file a complaint about this.
 
currently, appealing with ID verification is quite hard, the rate of success is low.
you can try with new account, you can continue to use current device with new proxy.
it will be safer.
 
Accounts containing advertising content will be permanently banned; if you have sufficient evidence and supporting documents, please contact Meta support, as this is the only way to appeal the ban.
 
Previously, I frequently had accounts with high spending and normal activity disabled. Just one unusual activity would immediately disable the account, and I appealed, but it was in vain. Therefore, prepare multiple accounts in advance to be prepared for this problem to happen again
 
It's hard to see how you can appeal at all, but if that is the case, you might want to restore your original account before going forward and opening a new one. You should check the account recovery on Meta and anything they may have emailed about it, because there will be times when you can review the situation there. I certainly wouldn’t be moving to a new laptop or a different network or using a proxy or other ways to go around the restriction.
 
If you create a new account, keep everything normal from the start. Complete the profile, follow rules, and do not jump into heavy ad activity immediately.
 
If the account has strong history it is worth trying official recovery options first before creating a new one avoid making too many appeal attempts or using random methods because it can add more restrictions check account quality and business support channels if access is available.
 
account suspension is perfectly normal due to the recent Meta AI system update. you can contact support for appeals to reactivate that account instead of creating a new one.
 
Creating new accounts to bypass restrictions can often lead to more issues since Meta tracks multiple signals It’s usually safer to focus on recovering the original account instead of starting over immediately.
 
There are actually many ways to recover a locked account, but I strongly advise against submitting an appeal, as this will only worsen the problem and make resolution impossible.
