my personal facebook account is locked

i sent my ID -identify card 2 weeks ago but i did not get any reply. please help me.i had my childhood-s pictures about 250
i am crying for 2 weeks,i want to unlock,please help me

but i do not know how can i photo verification.but i can it,all of friends i my neighbours and real friends.
id verification,i sent my identify card 2 weeks ago but no answear

if its ID Verification then it means your Profile was Reported
Facebook Usually Unblocks within 24 Hours

When u Uploaded ID verification in their Support Form they must have sent you an Email at you email adress u must reply to that to make your Ticket active I suppose u dont replied to that email

I guess Reply to this mail with your ID as Attachment I hope this will solve your Issue

What has happened is either u opened your ID from a Proxy or VPN or someone answered to your Security Question and fB blocked access to your ID
 
what?what i do? give me any advice
 
Try to access your account from a computer other then your personal or on the same internet connection at your house, try in a library, from work, at a friends house ... Seems that they somehow have blocked your IP! A friend of mine had the same thing happened, he did send his ID cart and everything but never a reply from Facebbok, even after sending his ID!! He tried to access his account at a friends house and got in straight away!

It is quite common problem for me. And i say that they only enable 40% of my account, when I send them Valid Documents ...

You should try sending again.


One more thing, check your e-mail, they usually ask few questions after ID Document is sent.
 
i do not know reason.but friends can proof that they know me.i also verification photos.this is my real account

Probably the easiest way to get blocked is spamming friend requests to people you don't know.
 
if you've submitted your ID, wait a few more days, if no respond from them then submit your ID again.

facebook is catching up with everything that's piled up from the holidays.
 
Just re submit your id's to FB. Holidays are a killer for big companies.

I have done this once before in the past. They get back to you.
