I dont like business. I tested it out many times and not a single brand contacted me via the Button. The stats are funny but wont help you that much. When youre not a brand, I would stay with personal. Feels like followers dont like the business thing and it kinda lowers the engagement ..

I didn't even know you could do business accounts on Instagram. I guess it depends on your niche and your advertising budget, because no one is going to engage with a crappy business account organically.

It depends on what you're using IG for. But I have found a business account for an actual niche business isn't that helpful.
