permanently limited Paypal

Wow.. they played me. First time I called, I explained my situation.. she put me on hold, talked to the supervisor and came back and told me my account would remain limited, but that they were releasing the funds and that I can transfer it to my bank account or debit card. I get off the phone(that's where I fucked up.. I should of stayed on the phone while I tried it), and proceeded to login via the website and transfer the money. No burning. Call them, they say they dont see anything saying that they were releasing the funds. I tell them go listen to the last phone call I had, and that will explain everything.. because obviously explaining it to them, they were just going by what they read. I get put on hold for 45 minutes, she comes back and says her supervisor is reviewing the call and they'll be with me momentarily. After about 30 mins, she comes back and says yes I am right that the lady did indeed tell me that the funds would be available today, but unfortunately she was wrong and wasn't supposed of told me that. Her(the lady I was now speaking to) said that even her supervisor doesn't have the authority to override the limit on the account, and that I'll have to wait 180 days still. So I ask what about the email stating that I might possibly be able to get the fund within 2-3 months... and better yet, what about this dumb bitch that got my hopes up and told me that I was getting my money today?!? Shit is irritating, honestly wish I didn't call today.. as I already accepted awhile ago that nothing was moving for 6 months. Whatever, in the end he said they'll review my account again because of this misunderstanding, but it's a good chance I'll have to just wait the 180.

smm seen as fraud in paypal eyes

smm not legit it asking for cash to boost people accounts that all fraud , your providing a service brakeing every website tos paypal see this as fraud.

No they usually make you wait the whole 6 months. It happened to me also. They tried to bullshit me like they might release it earlier. I waited the whole 6 months and called them a couple of days after the 6 months were up and they gave me a date when the funds would be in my bank account. It was like 6 months and 1 week for funds to be ready in my bank.

SMM is not fraud. He'll probably get his money in 6 months and that's it.

@ OP you can complain to everyone in PayPal they won't do shit.

I was selling Social media services (adult stuff) but it wasnt a scam at all.

Can I create another PayPal with another name (family member) or something like this? What I can do to solve this. I know I cant get my first account back but I really need to use PayPal again but I want to be safe.
I'll get 2-3 transactions everyday ($20) each and they will pay for a service/product.

I have to create new buissnes account or personal this time? If anyone can help/sell here?

Create new account first.
If you're running social media service then don't add check out from your website.
PayPal won't allow social media services.
Do create manual invoice and only fill amount on invoice.
Don't write anything on invoice accept amount.
 
open an account outside of sweden and send the money there, If you don't have an LLC that will be a big problem, they will ask you where did you get the money from, and you will tell them i provide SMM and they will you why you didn't create a business account for that. A lot of Headache happened to me before and with a lot of work i got my money back :)

I will create a new one but I just want more information first and I'm doing a break in this buissnes before I start again normally.
I dont have a website they pay me directly from my PayPal infos.
What do you mean with invoice? I have to request from them? I'll search more about that and do I have a chance to use new PayPal with same phone if I format it or something else?

Don't give your PayPal email to your clients.
You can request or create invoice for clients.
That will be safe.
No need to format your phone or anything.
You can create new PayPal on same device.
Your account was limited because of sell social media services.

So I'll create the new PayPal soon and I'll change only my IP adress then I'll do buissnes with 2-3 buyers everyday.
I'll only request from them.

How do you verify your PayPal business account?

Use name which you have ID for verification.
Like your account is limited then open an account with your relatives name. If they ask for ID verification then you can provide.

Business account is also Same process. You need business verification ID. So make sure name is correct .

It's not a problem I can provide them ID verification because PayPal will be with real name person. The problem is here.
If they ask me what buissnes you do or buissnes verification what I can provide?
I dont have a website I'll get paid from clients everyday.

problem with invoices is how to set up this directly on the website ? i mean you have to send it manually so basically you leave a message on the website saying send your mail to get an invoice for payment or this can be automated ? in other case you loose all clients

That's the problem, you should have used business account. As far as i remembered they asked id verification.
