permanently limited Paypal

i also face same situation, called 3 times but they did not unlock my account, did you asked any documents verification in before?

Damn that's worrying. I have a PP and made over $100,000 in 5 years from it but do not like to rely on it due to its bad name. May consider moving to Stripe

Ah ok, I just probably do not sell enough as it would take me really long to accumulate 40K in Paypal, lol.

Anyway, best of luck. I hope they release those funds ASAP and not the 180 BS days.

Actually PayPal run micro bots in 45 days. If they got specific keywords like Instagram, Facebook, twitter etc they ban Accounts permanently.

This thread does not make any sense.

OP, you have had a BHW account since 2013 and you are using Paypal?

You've had a BHW account since 2013 and you have a Paypal in your real name?

You've had a BHW account since 2013 and you have $40k sitting in your Paypal?

You've had a BHW account since 2013 and you are selling SMM services using Paypal?

You've had a BHW account since 2013 and you are surprised by a Paypal limitation?

Paypal has been DEEP into the game of lying, cheating, and stealing since 2005. They have grown into a sophisticated machine and if you think they do not know what kind of business you are in, then you probably shouldn't be in business.

Instead of just getting a stealth Paypal account, you are talking about getting an offshore bank account.

"Well, I don't want to pay 50% taxes".

Yet Paypal took 100%.

As my grandma would say, "You learned a $40 thousand dollar lesson".

@PetalumaFlower

Dude, YES account is from 2013.
Have not been here for 6 years, just recently started using BHW again like 1-2 weeks.
Do not really understand ur logic, so negative.

My money isnt loss, and the lesson did not cost me 40k usd.
Im still getting my money back within 180 days.
Paypal havent taken shit, its against their ToS.

Same happened to me, and I wasn't selling any SMM services.... much less selling anything period. I'm assuming it's from recieving payments from adult cpa networks.... they have a tendency to use multiple dummy PayPals to send payments since adult is against PayPal. The wrath comes down on the recieving end too as I've heard of other people having the same issue.(anyone recieving cpa payments from 2 of the popular adult cpa companies.. you've been forwarned to use alternative payment method... and yes, it's a 7 year old PayPal) - anyway... I sent them emails for like 2 months straight, the best I got was that they'll give me my money 3 months earlier than the 180 days... that should be coming up soon, we'll see. I'll keep you posted.

Check out this forum for more information on limited PayPals... and what your next steps should be.

I have an update, i was in call with paypal.

I asked why my account is permanently limited.
They told me that i have been selling servies as "twitter followers/likes/youtube views."

I asked them when my money was going to be released, he told me that he could not answer to that question.
Did also tell him that i have not been in disputes previously and had condition in paypal, so there is no need to have the full 180 days.

He did respond that they might release the funds earlier if there is not dispites etc, but it also might take up to 180 days.

NOW here is the real big issue!
The account is 100% LEGIT the paypal acc.

Cannot use the paypal anymore once the funds are availble.
Can only withdraw them.

You all know that if all the money is withdrawn to bank, you will get raped by your country tax and get serious charges.

What should i do in a situiation like this?

Open a Revolut account and withdraw the money there. You can withdraw from any ATM with the card they send you. If I am not mistaken its 400EUR per month for free (from any ATM) and then around 1% from the sum (if it is bigger). Anyway, it is way less than 50% taxes.

Am respectfully requesting that the hold on my funds/account be lifted. I am not necessarily requesting that my account be re-opened or allowed to continue to use the PayPal service, as I have already taken my future to your largest competitor and I am no longer in need of PayPal’s services.
However because I feel that holding my funds for 180 days for a non-fraudulent violation of PayPal’s Acceptable Use Policy is excessive, and perhaps a punitive abuse of power, I will be filing complaints with the following agencies on friday morning, september 06, 2019 if I am not satisfied with PayPal’s response to this request to release my funds:
(agencies in the states that I reside or have a business presence in)
(I understand that PayPal does not operate as a “bank” which is precisely why they may be interested in such complaints)

The Better Business Bureau:
https://odr.bbb.org/odrweb/public/complaintlink.aspx

All complaints will be filed “online” friday morning september 06, 2019 and written copies will also be sent via certified postal mail.
I understand PayPal’s need for holding funds for credit card chargeback purposes, however a review of my account history for the last year will reveal a very low chargeback rate as well as a very high customer-satisfaction rate. I feel that any reasonable person would conclude that holding my entire balance for 180 days is excessive and my be viewed by some as punitive or as already stated, an unnecessary abuse of power and perhaps even contrary to the laws of some states. That being said I have no problem with, and agree to leaving a balance of $500 for credit card chargeback purposes for the duration of the 180 days. I feel that this is a fair resolution while still leaving PayPal with the means to charge back any future credit card disputes to my account.
Please be aware that replying with the standard “this is part of the terms of service that you agreed to” will not satisfy my request, or deter me from filing my complaints with the agencies listed above on the morning of Friday September 06. It will be up to those agencies to determine if PayPal is operating within the law, abusing power, etc. I am simply seeking a resolution that is fair and in the best interest of both parties.
Thank you for your time again in looking into this matter.

Hello, Am so sorry for you but 40k is too much to have been left in your paypal account without withdrawal. Well to my knowledge nothing can be done until after 180 days where you will be allowed to withdraw the money that is remaining there. I sympathize with you.

I have not scammed anyone, had no chargebacks or disputes.
Was in phonecall with them, they told me im still able to take back the money that is left within 180 days once they decide when to release it.
Your speaking with emotions not reason, do not confuse.

they're bullshitting me now... I just tried to transfer the money, and its sitll not letting me. I'm back on the phone with them.... the person clearly told me that they were releasing the funds today. im waiting to speak to a supervisor... will keep you posted
