permanently limited Paypal

PayPal are tossers, did the same to me.

I had a lot less than that in there (luckily) but had to wait 6 months to get it.

Holding your money for 6 months is ridiculous and could easily bankrupt a business - no way a bank would be allowed to do it without some real hard justification and law involvement.

Will call them as soon as they open their line.

seriously !!!! 40K $ on paypal without puting it on your banck
I did not put it on my bank becouse of the taxes.
thats my reason.

Well.. they don't really like that. PayPal is fine and all but I sleep better when its on my bank account.
Here in sweden taxes are 50%
SO if you earn 100K they want half.
Its no joke.

Feeling sorry for you but quite honestly there's nothing you can do now. Just wait 6 months. If you have the resources you could sue them as others have suggested, meaning you can take them to court for holding your money, but that won't be advisable and SMM is somewhat of a grey area.

Basically, just wait. :(

From what I know, they mostly like 99.9% wouldn't even reinstate your account. Do not open another account on your name if you want to use PayPal. You can though open it on your friends or relatives name, but make sure they do not have an account with PayPal which was closed before.
For the funds, you might have to wait a long time, because it is a really big amount.

But i will still get my money back right?
Yeah, you should get your money back. 40k is no joke. I guess you just have to wait out those 180 days (and thats coz they give 180 days money back guarantee on transactions, and they are just holding it so that if anyone chargebacks they could reimberse them from it.)

I never had any chargebacks before, would that help in this case?

Yeah. And don't worry too much, generally no one chargebacks without any reason. So there's no need to worry. It's just PayPal's protocol to follow to prevent scams. if you are not doing any scammy work then there's absolutely nothing you should be worried about.

Also, selling smm services is against paypal tos. Thats why you got permanently blocked. Wait out those 180 days and claim your money... Thats all you can do...

ok its legit account but you know social media management which is sell like followes or retweet is not allowed in paypal yes they banned permanent ly your account

Advise:how about create a paypal under your familynor relatives name and build a scalable business not just SMM

If my costumers don't put any notes in the payment for future paypal, how will they know?
Impossible to know that its SMM servies right?

If you have a rolling reserve, the funds will be released after a certain period of time. For example, if you have a 90 day rolling reserve, funds from Day 1 sales will be available on Day 91.

They can see where the traffic comes from. So if you setup a webshop offering smm services, sooner or later they'll find out...
