Permanently damaged account?

Alright so here is my issue: I have 2 special accounts that I exclusively grow manually (no botting whatsoever). I follow/unfollow manually every 1 - 1.5 hours. Both accounts are circa 2 months old. At this stage I am able to follow and unfollow north of 100 users per hour on one of the accounts without any problems (until this morning of course when IG decided to fuck us all but that's unrelated to my issue). I think IG must have increased my limits a few weeks ago on that specific account. The issue that I have is with my second account. Every day, I start by following around 55 users and unfollow 45. I then wait for over an hour and repeat, so I follow 55 and as soon as I start unfollowing, I get a temp ban! This has been going on for weeks now and I just don't know what to do. Is my account somehow permanently damaged? Why did this happen to only one of my accounts? Should I just throw away the account and start over? Has anyone else experienced something like this?

Other info: I have no links or anything in my bio, I don't post spammy stuff at all, I don't like or comment much at all. I just post pictures, follow and unfollow. Never used a bot any either account.

Of course not.

Your activity is bot-like, even if you're doing it manually and haven't posted anything against TOS.
