This is a good product at a price point of about $13.24 per month. Plenty of options, easy to use and an easy to navigate dashboard.

This is a far better system than what is currently offered by industry bigwigs Buffer and Hootsuite. There are more features offered, stronger analytics, a much more user friendly UX, and plenty of room to grow.

Hi Blackhatters

We received a pm yesterday asking if the software could be run on a Mac.

The software is hosted by us so you don't need to download anything.
All you need to do is register, login and link up your social accounts.
You can access it on PC and Mac with full functionality and with a few less functions on smart phones and tablets.

Once you login you can follow a short guided tutorial that will take you through the menus.
You can also download some PDF manuals on different aspects of the panel and social media management.

I am seller selling goods through many marketplaces. In my country (Indonesia), a lot of people still sell through IG and other social media. I try to sell goods using Massplanner last time but i quit because their live chat feature is buggy as hell. How am I supposed to communicate with my buyers? If your social stream is truly as good as you say and not buggy, then I will be your client.
But unfortunately right now I am busy. I will see others' review first

This is strange we have one setup it seems to only be Chrome showing that.

Already giving it a try. Instagram and facebook have Instastories and facebook stories. I think the possibility of adding stories will make an edge over your competition. I am currently using buffer and this is my main reason to move as someone who wants to work with a great manager my most consuming task are always related to PMs and getting stories done. Alot of outlets even have to post them on weekends and literally we have to work at weekend since you can't schedule instagramstory posts. This is my 5 cents but from a perspective of someone who studied services like this it's almost impossible to actually have one who does both task. That and also auto-likes, auto-follow, etc. There is rarely an online like your platform that also does that. Maybe create a poll seeing if people want this extra features.
