I ordered a 100k word site that was also delivered recently, and I agree with davids355 points about the service here. The seller is very easy to work with and very patient if you have a lot of questions. My site was built on a brand new domain and I'm already seeing a significant number of keywords ranking in the top 100 (and I'm seeing 2 long tails ranking in the top 10 already).

Overall I'm very satisfied with the service and would recommend it.

Small update: I let the site age for a while before I added some of my affiliate links or built many links to the site. I also haven't added any additional content to the site yet, but I'm looking at doing that soon. These are the current stats, I only switched over to affiliate links 2 or 3 days ago.
