I see your last post on the thread was 11/10/2017 for a review of the service. While we have posted before that I started handling support in Feb 2018, I sent you a PM to see what we can do to address any of your concerns for your order from last year.
P.S I did send you a new SEO guide. In general, you will obviously need to get your site on page 1/position 1 to get enough traffic from your keywords. We only sell the foundation of a site with easy to rank keywords, but the rankings part is not part of our service.
Usual support is now done through our ticket system, and we usually reply in 24-48 hours max, but more often than not even quicker than that.

Just had to come back and say a Massive THANK YOU to the guys for helping with my recent troubles. I moved my site to another hosting as I was using free hosting and needed better. I made a backup of the site and promptly deleted the site and closed my free hosting account.
I later found out my backup was corrupt and I couldn't get my site back up and running. I went to the guys in desperation and left a message telling them of my woes. I was not expecting what happened next. They left me a message asking for my new host info FTP etc and to cut a long story short my site is now back up and fully working. I honestly cannot believe just how good these guys are. OH and I only have a Bronze site too which makes it even more unbelievable.
On the first page they say "Do you offer refunds?"
No, sorry, but we will bend over backwards to make sure that you are happy?
Well they definitely bent over backwards and made me very happy. Thanks a MILLION guys.
