The actual funny part here is that everyone's keywords gets put on the test site first before putting together the real site

Whats the point in putting the keywords on a test site? Seems like you are stealing our keywords and trying to rank your websites.

"Hi there, thanks for checking in but we are still testing you keywords before starting the work on your domain. Let me know if you need anything else"

Since then no response from him, no domain or content was provided to check his progress.
