I ordered from OP a website without the content and keyword research on 2nd august. After 6 days(8th august) contacted him again to ask when he could deliver the website and I got this response: " Didn't realise you had messaged me on here. I just replied to your PM. Site is being built currently. I'll let you know when it's finished", later on (12th august) told me that the website would be delivered tomorrow(13th august) but he avoided me for extra 5 days and sent me today this message: Hi Vlad, I've issued you a refund. Apologies for wasting your time.
I remained him about this :
Q. Will you really refund me if the site isn't finished within 7 days?
A. Yes, that's a promise. You'll receive a full refund and still receive the site. but he texted me this: "Your site was a custom order. It wasn't any of the packages I offer".
and he told me that the website was an custom order and not one of the packages he offers even it was less work for him.

Worst experience I had with a seller till now.

Q. Will you really refund me if the site isn't finished within 7 days?
A. Yes, that's a promise. You'll receive a full refund and still receive the site.

Q. What's the refund policy?
A. You can only receive a refund if the 7 day TAT isn't met. Otherwise, once the payment has been taken, and the 7 day TAT is met, you will not receive a refund.

Same experience here. 7 Days TAT and still haven't receive the site. (17 days has passed already)

"You'll receive a full refund and still receive the site." @OP, make good on your thread promise.

OP DISAPPEARED AND STOPPED REPLYING ON SKYPE. 22 Days and still no website.

@iJonnyx, do a full refund within 24 hours or I will be opening up a shitlist.

Too bad
I guess that's too much work load at his end..
He shouldn't promise what he can't fulfill

Okay I think I should give a honest review about this disappointing service.

I ordered the authority package, which also includes the domain name, hosting and optimization of site.

The beginning was fine, OP kept emphasizing his promise that I would receive the site on the 7th day. Unbelievably, he broke his promise. He sent me the site URL and login on the 10th Day.

Although I was unhappy about the late delivery, not to mention the incomplete on-page optimization of the site received, to be less harsh, I didn't ask for a refund.

As I ordered authority package, my site was hosted by OP. I don't know much about VPS but I checked that the website IP has 7 websites blacklisted. So I decided to migrate the website to my own hosting.

To migrate, I need the full ownership of my website, but what I got from OP was just the WordPress admin login only. So I asked for FTP and domain ownership.

OP gave me the FTP login (I didn't try), but ignored my request for the domain name ownership. I asked for it everyday but being ignored until one day I requested for a refund. I have never got the full ownership of the site.

OP accepted my request for refund after some "discussions" with him. However, after that I am not able to access the website admin anymore. It is like someone has changed the login password.

I then messaged OP about if the below FAQ on his own sale thread is real:

Q. Will you really refund me if the site isn't finished within 7 days?
A. Yes, that's a promise. You'll receive a full refund and still receive the site.

OP ignores my above enqiry and I still haven't received the site ownership or reply. It is now on the 35th day since I ordered.

To conclude, this is a disappointing service.

Unfortunately, its been weeks and I haven't heard back from this guy. I ordered a "custom package" which was essentially a bundle of his Keyword plus the Authority package of this thread. So, instead of giving me whatever Amazon keyword he would have normally used, I paid around double and got one from his keyword sales thread + the authority package here.

I know he was getting busy and swamped with orders.... so I told him that a TAT of 10 days would be fine. I think in 10 days he delivered a website, it might have been 1 extra, but fine with me. I'm not here to bitch about a slow TAT so I can get fully refunded . Several days later after requesting the domain to be pushed and full access to the 1 year of hosting, I was pushed the domain name.

I believe the hosting is through Vultr, but without being transferred ownership, I have no idea if the site will be up past this month lol.

Pretty much dropped off the face of the planet after I was given the log-in details. Now it looks like his website if offline as well.

My concerns:
(BESIDES THE CONCERNS LISTED ABOVE)
  • Because I wanted the site to be professional and not to look "review blog-ish," he chose to use only pages and no posts. This is ok, but without categories that means two "category" pages were created. Both were set with Visual Composer to auto-add all new page links. So, any pages created need to be removed (manually) from one or both of these pages.
  • When I created a blog, I discovered the "read more" link & pagination was broken (theme issue?).
  • The theme has a plethora of additional problems. Although premium, almost no back-end control options for changing functionality and although it was designed for my broad vertical, the theme has 80% company features which I don't need.
  • Huge issue with the theme is that I can't edit the sidebar. Nothing I do changes it, and its stuck with a default title + empty.
  • The contact page contained several fields that were auto-set by the theme that should have been removed. Very 'personal' fields that would have been noticed during a one-over of the site.
  • All of the pages meta-data was broken. I had to install yoast and reset a few things in order for social cards to show up.
  • It took me a bit to notice this one as well, but the website was set site-wide to "<meta name="description" content="*************************** WordPress Theme" />" - So, yeah, lol.
  • The logo, although pretty monetarily insignificant in all reality, was a big disappointment. The theme came with a logo in 5+ color options, and that's what I was given as a logo. Took me a bit to notice this one, only discovered it after I researched the theme I was having issues with.
  • The privacy page covered all bases for Amazon, but I generally assume a privacy page/tos will be longer than 200 words. It was the required statement from Azon plus some info on cookies.
  • The about page was about 120 words, pretty generic, no big red flags.
  • Almost 0 interlinking of pages. Inner pages contained no links, internal or external unless they were an Amazon review page (which contained a button link). One of the two links on the homepage (I believe the only page with an internal link) was broken.
  • And, as mentioned earlier, the premium package comes with a year of hosting. I was expecting to be given the account details or cpanel access. I was given FTP details when I asked, but I need to enable email forwarding and weeks later still haven't heard back. Personally, I like to use @domain emails for social accounts, outreach, whois, etc.
Looking specifically only at the main "money page"

Bad:
  • 4 images included. 1 image was used 2x in a row. None of the images were edited in any way.
  • The money page contained 2 <h1> tags.
  • A 3 word phrase present in the H1 tag was repeated in 5.37% of the content (3k words in total).
  • The page only linked to Amazon
Good:
  • Amazon link nofollowed
  • Decent copy (better than most Amazon sites from this forum)
The good:
  • Overall, the content was good. I can't complain, this was technical stuff and the writer wasn't too off-base.
  • SSL seems to be good, easy domain transfer to my account, site loads quickly, server speed good.
-------------------------------------------------------

So far, I wouldn't say I got my moneys worth, but I wouldn't say I was scammed.

The biggest issue with buying a site like this is not being intimate with the way the seller "did" things. All I know is that it WILL take me hours to replace the theme and transfer content over.

Still holding out for him to show up and right some wrongs.

I got my site within 7 days TAT and even posted a review about his service. However, I noticed that articles were not written by native english speaker as promised in the thread and there are lot of grammatical and simple English errors throughout. I even contacted the OP and he promised to correct everything but haven't heard anything yet from his side. It's been more than 15 days... I am highly disappointed with this service..

Has anyone had contact with him in the past few weeks?

Thank you for leaving a thorough review. All of your criticism is completely valid and I know what to improve for next time. I've PM'd you to set up email accounts for you.

To the people that had orders either delayed or not completed, I'm deeply sorry. It was a combination of taking too many orders and an unforeseen emergency. I'm genuinely sorry. I completely understand the frustration with the lack of communication from my part.

Moving on from this. I am available to take on new orders. I'm offering a 35% discount for anyone that wants to make an order. You might be put off by the above reviews, which is more than fair, but I'm wanting to make up for it. I will go above and beyond for anyone that places an order.

In the mean time, I've sent PMs to the above users to get things resolved.
