So it's been about a month since I placed my order...
Pleased to say I've seen good SERP improvement, even though I only ordered the small package. Some KWs are up double-digits. I have done zero other link building, although I have been making general improvements to the site and updating it more regularly (it had been horribly neglected for a few years). I also checked a few random links today to see if they were still live, and they were.
I'm very pleased and have just placed a "buy 2, get 1 free" order. For which I'll use 1 again on this same site; the others I'm not sure yet!
Either way, I'll check back in again in a few weeks.

Just some feedback about this service:
I have used it 2 times in the past 6 months and 4 of my 10 kws have improved and are currently ranked 5-10, depending on kw. I have sold 12 items since using this service and I am making good progress so far. Will try to improve rankings some more and will send some more feedback.
