This guy promised a refund and still haven't received it. He said he was sick, but I know he's out of the hospital. Really strange he hasn't replied to me so I had to file a dispute in Paypal. I tried numerous times to reach him and have him just give me the refund but he's ignoring me sadly.

the thing is he keeps providing the accounts, its just been super slow. Sometimes takes lik 3 days to get a response.

to me dont provide accs, dont refund money, no nothing, scam 2k.
Dont use him, when you transfer him enought money he will scam you, he had already several bank accounts blocked because this, several guys with same problem.
He even dont reply here to give any version, or reply any message to any of us... good thing is that he give real phone and real name, easy to sue...
