Hello what do you mean by we will load your account?
you put money on it? and we only have to pay $40

40$ membership monthly, and we load daily money onto accounts with 10% tax , Paypal send , and we load it.
It means you pay 40$ , you receive your account with probably like 100 inr on it which is 1.5$. And you will need money on account to make the ads , so you want to load for example 20$ , you will pay like 22-23$ to our paypal and we will load it in that day.

@foxlobo31 , the prepay accounts are the ones that you need to spend money that is loaded on them. Prepay means you pay in advance and then you spend.
The accounts works like you say are called Postpays , you make ads and you pay after at a billing amount , or end of month.
We offer Prepays, it needs first loading, it takes your money instantly which is on account at every click and view.
