For my understanding please elaborate, i had purchased the small model for testing purposes. Did not use all 10'000 credits in my first month. Second month got billed and my credits got reset? This makes no sense to me sorry, why cant i carry over unused credits if you call them credits?

Yes our credits don't rollover. We keep a certain amount of resources on hand each month depending on credits purchased that month. The way our system works would not be able to cope with users saving loads of credits and blasting them out all at once.
