This is only a reference to highly spammed web 2.0 properties from churn n burn software which is basically common knowledge at this point as highlighted below. This has to do with crawl budget and software like Money Robot using their own personal blog network of domains that Google has basically de-indexed.
We still maintain you will be hard pressed to find any indexer that has better indexing rates than our these day. We posted this notice because we are transparent about the fact that these spammy link types will not index well with our service or any service at this point, rather than pretending they will like some other services do.
If you are trying to index Web 2.0's created with software like Money Robot, GSA or something similar, indexing rates will most likely be very low. This is because these sites are highly spammed. Hundreds of thousands of spammy pages are being created on the same small amount of domains.
Google uses crawl budget to determine how often to crawl domains and Google will only crawl the same domains so many times per day. We also noticed in March of 2018 that google seemed to intentionally lower the crawl budget for these type of domains due to them being known as highly spammed domains.

Can you please tell me what's the fuss with stop using Paypal as a payment option? I've been using Index Inject for 2 years and now need to find another solution because you don't accept PayPal anymore?
