I heard about this and liked the offer enough to sign in after such a long time to message OP and buy a copy.
I check out the sites in a couple sections relevant to me and my clients. The site quality varied, but so did the negotiated prices.
Some thoughts:
Good:
- Negotiated Prices
- Contact Email
- Some payment details
- Metrics Provided
- Some Great Sites*
The * is because I wanted to elaborate. Some of the sites on the list I had not seen Guest Posts on before in those niches. Some places I wanted a link on previously and could not. Real sites with massive social media following, real writers, real products, and real traffic (Plus great links). Everything you want in a domain and Guest Post, and now I am going to grab a link with $100. This was killer and worth the price of the list in and of itself, and if I were smart I could be pimping this one site out now to make money.
A couple small niche sites on the list, but look real. I am willing to bet you can find a real site on the list which is relevant and would be great for SEO, traffic and social media exposure for less than the cost of a cheap press release. On these small niche sites (Small as in, only covers a few topics and would be super relevant) I checked out some of the linking authors and articles. The quality check was good. The websites linked out to were real websites or business, and not spammed. Those are places I would love a link on as well (And a good value).
Bad:
- A handful of sites I would not like a post on.
Only a few sites screamed of 'network' or 'built to sell links on'. Not doing too much digging as it does not matter. The quality of the bad are in the ballpark of what I had bought on BHW in the past from lower quality 'Guest Post' providers. Which I was happy to buy links on for some projects. This list has both, so check the sites out well.
The bad had some foot prints for 'low quality' Guest Posts. They were easy to spot. Such as: Write for Us Section, Poor Social Media Contents, some questionable sites being linked to. But they did not look like PBNs, the sites I checked looked like real websites that the owner just couldn't really get things right so went to selling Guest Posts.
Final Thoughts:
Great list. Some relevant sites to the vast majority of niches. If you have a large website or any clients, I am positive you can find sites you want links on. The worst sites on the list are still the quality of most Guest Posts sold online when you pay someone else to do the outreach for you (Or lack of outreach). I am able to grab a couple links I have wanted for sites at a great price now, and that makes the list worth it.
Plus, you can expect to not see the common list I have seen floated around. This list was missing some sites I saw last time I went digging for other peoples contacts which were passed around. And it had sites I had not seen on other lists (Although it has been a while). This makes me say the OP did a great job doing all the leg work to make a solid list.
