Rakesh Doesn't Deliver or answers - Buyer be Aware of Potential Scammer!

Ordered a custom WP site from Rakesh 8th May, with a promise to have site delivered in 10 days for 900$.

He's been feeding me tomorrows and next weeks for since end of may!

Even after I escalated to Claim with Paypal he still doesn't refund, and now doesn't answer on Skype or provides an answer to Paypal since 28th June.

OK Guys this was my second project with OP. I have hired him for wordpress plugin development and he did it very well. Quite expensive then other freelancers and couple of issues with delivery time but i delighted with end product.

He delivered more then my expectation.

My Rating would be:

Skills : ☆☆☆☆☆
Communication : ☆☆☆☆☆
Cost: ☆☆☆☆
Time: ☆☆☆☆

Highly Recommended If Looking For Long Term Talented Coder.
