Just wanted to leave a quick review here to share my experience with Francis' quality service here.
I got to know Francis about three years ago, when I purchased one of the two (the other was @MisterF if I recall correctly) packages he was giving out with a very nice discount.
I kind of forgot about the site until last year, when I asked Francis to add new content. The new keyword research was done and content was added as agreed. Because I have little to zero time by lots of other projects, I just let Francis and his team handle it. I found it very remarkable when Francis told me no link building would be needed for monthly profits in the range of $100+, as that is not usually how it goes in my projects. But I just let him do his thing. Results are really amazing, escpecially if you know that I haven't even lifted a finger myself on this website:

• the site now ranks top 3 for over 200 keywords only by laser-targeted content (without any linkbuilding!)
• the site now has over 15k monthly visitors (consistently over 500 a day, in weekends around 700 a day)
• the site earns me just under $200 monthly through Ezoic (also a suggestion by Mr. SEOPublicst) and another $20 by the Amazon Affiliate program

Francis proved me you can still rank in Google with excellent keyword research and good content. Something I wasn't able to do anymore for a couple of years now.
