Hi,
Yesterday I opened a ticket through your portal and I asked 3 questions
1- About VPS / dedicated server
2- About the service I wanna do and if you support or not
3- About DMCA
And the guy Jitendra Negi replied:
Thank you for contacting us. We appreciate your interest in our services! We do provide VPSs and dedicated servers, however, if you can provide a more detailed description of your use case for the server we can perhaps provide you more details about related services we offer.
If you are interested in a particular service, please clarify which one, and we can help with anything you may need.
Thank you and awaiting your reply.
The awesome matters:
1- He didn't reply any of my questions
2- He closed the ticket lol
3- I couldn't login / reset the password: You are not authorised to access this portal. Kindly contact your helpdesk administrator.
So why you guys make it so hard like that!?
The answer can be very simple to not waste our times!
