Very sad to know they have terminated and deleted all data on our VPS. It was newly setup and was supposed to be our long term solution but I was out of town and wasn't able to notice that there was an invoice. It says that since 2 days have passed, they have deciedd to delete all data in it.
Keep in mind they have been my proxy provider for years now. No point in paying the pending invoice now. Oh well.

My apologies for the inconvenience caused, but we do provide several avenues that you may opt in order to ensure that the services are kept active automatically, accordingly. The server expired, as you have opt for manual payments for the service, in which the server was not renewed on time, which has caused the full expiry. We do provide a 2-day grace period to renew the server, however, the server was not renewed during the grace period as well, which has led to its full expiry.
Basically, we normally recommend our customers to setup an automatic billing that automatically renews the services, and to prevent incidents such as these. However, should in the event that the customer opt to renew the services manually, they will be solely responsible for the renewal respectively. We can always accommodate a request for an extension as well - just let us know, and we usually grant an extension for any services.
