In your infographics is very, very big mistake.
You don't need to care about legal? In whole European Union, 28 countries...there is not allowed to hotlinking, embeding and share materials without copyright. It's main law for all union countries.
They don't care about some private shares but if you want to make money with that, you have a big problem.
For example: Poland up to 8 years in jail, what means that jail is 100% sure if they catch you. 6 months minimum, 8 years maximum depends to judge. Czech Republic the same, in Germany even longer up to 10 years.
In Poland the've catched few guys and closed the biggest movie streaming services.

Agreed, OP needs to make it clear that anybody buying this needs specialist/offshore hosting, as there could be legal consequences, so people do need to protect themselves and WHOIS/Privacy Protection isn't enough.

That alone doesn't make it "legal" and if you think it does then I'm not sure you have much experience in this field. I know some big players in the movie streaming niche and I'm pretty sure you need some solid offshore hosting to make this work on a big scale.

Thanks for all your support guys, I really appreciate it. I can only reply to the thread once a day due to forum rules.

To everyone who has problems about the "legality" of it, I just want to say that I'm providing a service to create starter sites for those who want to venture into the streaming niche. I'm not offering a service that guarantee or promises a shield for potential legal issues.

Think about it this way:
Just because someone creates and sell knives in the market doesn't means that you should buy them to commit crimes. They could be used to cook wonderful food and delicious meals for families. The creator shouldn't be blame if the knives are being used wrongly.

I believe this debate could go on for pages, but I seek all of your understanding that this is a sales thread where buyers who are genuinely interested can find out more info about the service, and I would be happy to continue this side-discussion through PM or the general forum sections.
