I got a review copy from the OP, here is my Honest review.
Performance : I only tried to index RankerX links in which im very familiar with. Some links took so much time to index and i came to know that this will not be able to index Web 2.0 profile links, for me the main concern was the speed which was not actually light speed, it takes time. The owner of the product told me you could index 400 links per day easily which was less for me. The software takes 5 mins+ to launch which is not cool.
I have not tried Authority link indexer due to shortage of Gmail accounts so i can not comment on that.
It requires ips for better use, so the actual cost of running product increase if you are looking for mass level usage.
Comparison to others in terms of quality : I have tried those instant named link indexing services which are total scams, this tool does what it says but it has some limitations too but with other services the matter is worse, i mean they are good for nothing.
If you have a new site and want to index links automatically, you can try this.
If you have a large site with so many pages, you can try this. It will surely help.

Is it possible to integrate it with GSA and SEnuke so that it collects backlinks from these tools and index at automation ?

Hey OP, what is the required vps specs to run this software smoothly
Currenty there is no option to integrate this tool with GSA but I will look into this because this would be an awesome option. I was just running RankerX the other day and was upset I had to manually index my backlinks into the tool.
We spoke via PM. I hope that I helped you.
It has the option for you to index a certain amount of URLs per run spread at the time intervals that you choose. Currently there isn't a free trial option.
