Tried this service a while ago as well as other services from this seller. Great accounts at very reasonable prices!

Account we got was ~1k of each type of Karma, 4+ years old, and cost around 17 USD.

What was particularly nice is that the account clearly was used by someone who is from the USA (real comment history that makes sense, not botted). Only issue is that there's no history for a few years since when the account stopped being used by its original owner. Easy enough to add in a few assorted new comments before using it to post a marketing thread / money thread / sales thread.
