I had an observation and I hope it helps. I see from samples that you use frankly speaking and thus far a lot. It sounds really formal, I would save it for more professional or formal business writing.

Also you can use those phrases mid sentence with commas in the correct places to add variety since I notice you mostly add it to the beginning.
