I would advice you too wait on your purchase.

This is from my experience with Torple:

1. After a while it stops checking gmails.
2. Sometimes it doesn't even check gmails.
3. Delay timer is way off.
4. Does not autorespond to all emails in inbox.
5. Support is extremely slow.


I honestly think this was sold to early (its still in beta stage). I have wasted many hours trying to get this to work.

Hate to say it but this thing stopped working for me a while ago. Sorta annoyed. Maybe the new update will fix things.

Yeah we really need an update.

I haven't used Torple in weeks simply because it wasn't effective.

It needs to get working + more features(like two responses, etc.)

And I really hate it when people say "bhj has a life, can't work on it all day, etc."

It's been over a month, and there haven't been any real updates.

The one and only update pretty much doesn't work.

If you want more customers(and i'm talking $10k+ here) then you gotta step up your game

The software never worked right for me and it currently does nothing. I don't think I'll be doing anymore business with this person, ever. How this thread has over 1 star is beyond me.

Don't think this has been answered - when using multiple mail accounts can you set it so it puts the relevant name at the bottom of the response, so goes out from johnsmith@whatever then it can say "many thanks, john smith" at the bottom?

The problem i have with ez autorepsonder is that the only way to get the email account name to match the message is to use the forcematchsmtp option, and this means i have to use the same account for all responses to the emails that come in on each account, which isn't what i need.

UPDATE STATUS:

Sorry guys, too much change in altitude when I was away got me sick these past few days. I am back now. To keep things a bit simple, I just had the new programmers I got since the last update re code the whole torple. Some people are having problems that I can not detect on my side, these problems must have happened after the "other account" feature was added. So torple is being re done, it is not abandoned. I am still here working on it as best as I can.

This new release I got today but I was unable to test it out, my pc crashed and been on my mac computer. Got a few beta testers testing it out fully, when I hear back from them and all comes back good, I will release it.

Again, sorry for the troubles. I am coming out with a few cool new software programs, for the troubles, all purchasers of Torple will receive free license to one of my newest software. I have a 6 classified site in one harvester and mailer program "LeadKilleR" and a Craigslist Ad Checker to check craigslist ads for ghosted, flagged, deleted, expired, etc ads. This is perfect if you outsource your craigslist postings.

Got a copy of the test. Ok, so this is the result....


01:32:35 AM: Checked email [email protected] and gathered 267 email(s) from 2 account(s).
01:34:59 AM: [email protected] sent response to [email protected].
01:36:12 AM: [email protected] sent response to [email protected].

Then it stopped. So gathering doesn't seem to be an issue, It just stops replying for some reason after a short (VERY SHORT) time.

Were those 267 emails from two test accounts? I believe Torple only responds to the first message per account so it doesn't send the same reply twice.
