I ordered Medium Package last night. I came to know that you don't allow Adult content now on your hosting. My account hasn't been created till yet. So you are requested to please cancel my account and refund my money if you don't allow adult content.

* I couldn't find the server spec of the medium hosting - cores/CPU/RAM ...
* I currently have 3 sites hosting on go daddy, will you migrate all of them or just one?
* on the thread it says free backup but on your site, you offer offsite backups what is the difference?
* what is the Mail Channels addon
* is the server response time good in compared to GoDaddy NameCheap

Hi there, your refund had already been transacted as you are correct we do not host adult related content. If you ever need our services for anything else please do keep us in mind.

Are you wanting to know the server specs of a shared environment - that is impossible to tell because your instance might be provisioned on any number of servers. At the minimum they are recent/current generation Intel Xeon 4/8 or 8/16 CPUs with memory anywhere from 64Gb to 128GB and SSD storage.
Yes we can migrate all your sites for free.
Backups for all Shared plans are included.
Mail Channels provides an option so that outgoing Mail is routed via their service and will not be flagged as spam by the recipient.
Server response time is excellent on our hardware, especially for new customers on the newer systems.

Our Executive VPS has the highest specs that we currently offer and is $6.25 per month with the BHW2017 coupon code. The ram (3GB) and bandwidth (3.5TB) are set unfortunately.
 
Just a reminder that the BHW2017 code still works even though it is 2018 folks.
We have been fielding a lot of questions via our support page from BHW members which is great - so just want to make sure it is clear here for anyone reading.

I will report here my opinion on everything good and bad...
the ordering part was simple and smooth.

your account information and login details were sent a few minutes after support responded to your ticket. Looks like +/- 3 minutes later - as stated in the ticket it was flagged for manual acceptance . The email subject Reads "Your Account Information". Please contact us at [email protected] or respond to the last ticket if you do not see your account information as we can send again, but it was sent.
