Depending on how backed up our pending department is and if the order passes fraud protection, it can take anywhere from 10 minutes to 12 hours. However I do see that you reversed the payment on PayPal, which is why the hosting was not setup.

I can see in the cart page that it's 2$/month for the mail, can't we choose an annual bill for this one ?
And another think, I want to have an email : "[email protected]" and I want to send mail with Gmail, is that possible ?

I would love to have the option of paying everything per year, instead of the domain - triannualy, the hosting, annualy, and the mail option for 2$ a month. At least the mail option every year with the hosting would be great.

Can you let us know at [email protected] the error you were receiving? We would like to replicate it and get it fixed.

Orders can take anywhere from 10minutes to 24 hours to process based on our pending departments backlog and our fraud check. Unfortunately there is a lot of fraud in web hosting so we have to take a lot of precautions to prevent chargeback fees.
