Been reading this whole thread; reviews look good but i have a few questions to ask just so i know i get the correct package i need.

Do you still offer the 'Unmetered' outgoing traffic option?
I want to send out e-mails daily, but i don't want to get throttled or slow down others on your sever. How would i go about this? buy more bandwidth?
Can i purchase multiple IPs for my VPS? If so, how much outgoing mail/bandwidth should i limit each IP to?

How can i open an account anonymously? Not going to the paranoid level and asking to pay with bitcoin, but would like to keep my PP/CC info separate
