I was lucky enough to get a review copy from the OP. The Review copy contains 8 Profile links and delivery time was 7 days which is ok. All 8 profile links were contextual, live and mixture of No-Follow & Do-Follow with correct anchor text linking to my page
The service proved to be very nice. I can't say about the SERP movement for now because it's been once few hours OP has sent me the report. Below are the detailed reviews of different components of the service.
Domain & Metrics:
Site 1: DA=70 PA=76, Do-Follow Link
Site 2: DA=71 PA=76, No-Follow Link
Site 3: DA=69 PA=74, Do-Follow Link
Site 4: DA=71 PA=76, No-Follow Link
Site 5: DA=69 PA=74, Do-Follow Link
Site 6: DA=68 PA=73, No-Follow Link
Site 7: DA=65 PA=70, No-Follow Link
Site 8: DA=69 PA=74, No-Follow Link
The metrics were excellent and as advertised. the domains are very good with good backlink profile. Some high authority sites are direct linked to the domain. there is very little spam of backlinks (checked with ah refs ). but I confirmed that all 8 Domains are indexed in Google.
The Profile Links were created on 26th of May (yesterday) and aren't indexed in Google yet. so I'll wait for the user profile links to be indexed in Google naturally.
SERP Movements:
I can't say about the SERP movement yet, Order was delivered a few hours back and the posts aren't indexed yet. I'll update regarding serps after 2-3 weeks.
OVERALL, I'm happy with the work OP had done. I would recommend this service.

First off, the report was well detailed with all the specific URLs and websites used, each in its own web 2.0 category. All the services listed in package were executed as promised by the seller.
TAT was 2 weeks, but the server provider gave me a heads up on the delay about a week ago, so that was appreciated.
It's too early on whether or not it would directly influence the SERPs, but based on the work and if all the links gets indexed, I think it would be a good way to diversify your backlink profile.
Overall, the price point is fair and something worth checking out.

I have received my report for the test pack and it is very detailed and easy to check.
Checked the links and they were all live.
My site is targeting 3 keywords. These are the results so far:
Main Keyword: from NA to 23
2nd Keyword: from NA to 43
3rd Keyword: no movement
Service seems very good and affordable.
