From the site Administrator:
The url can be changed. But once they make the change their campaign is frozen until it's approved again. If we see a lot of changing back and forth the system will close the campaign. If some does switch url they must contact you, and then you contact me to review it again. We only allow switching of a campaigns 2 times. Anymore than that we close it. If we see porn or questionable url's the campaign will be closed with no refunds.

No where in my thread does it say that I guarantee conversions! This is human traffic and if no one decides they want to purchase what you are offering or click on adsense, then that's just what they did!
