Over 24 hours ago, I paid $30 into your service. I setup everything EXACTLY as your instructions, but my VPS is not able to connect to your service. I have emailed your support, sent a ticket, left you a PM, and posted in this thread. However there has been no response from your side.

I believe selling a service or product online, must at least have 24 hour response time. If I don't receive a support response, and have this working by the end of today ; my time - I will be posting a shitlist and demanding a refund by Paypal.
