Report is neat - backlink's links and root links are all shown with PR rank (most probably using the old PR rank before Google removed it). Username, email ID, password were all supplied.
The blog's article content is readable and relevant to my niche.
All backlinks placed were with my anchor text that I gave. Backlinks were dropped rather naturally in the blog post.
A good thing I would like to point out is there are no footprints. Usernames (like the forum username, blog author name, .etc) are all different. This is an excellent step as most web 2.0 backlink providers in BHW uses the same username which leaves a traceable footprint that Google can catch easily.
In a quick summary, SEO_WPN's service is still one of the good web 2.0 backlink service in BHW. For $35, this is pretty cheap and worth for what it is provided.

Here is my review:
The report I received was well put together with all the links, usernames, passwords, PRs. Professionally crafted spreadsheet.
The articles were mostly relevant, pictures were totally irrelevant (dog pictures were inserted multiple times for travel niche)
Backlinks were correctly placed and the anchor texts were properly inserted and naturally implemented into the text.
