I received the two links as promised, one nofollow and one follow, the content its self is spun, but is "human" readable, so it is definitely OK for tier 3 links.
But I would be a bit cautious if trying to use them for tier 2 and I would not use them for tier 1.
All in all they are decent enough, if used correctly.

I was given a review copy, here is my review.
When I first received the report, it was for a different order and that's okay, since everyone makes mistakes. But if he happened to do that for my site, that would've been very risky for me, as the keyword I asked him to do this on is very low comp and sending my report to someone else will reveal my site and my keywords. But hey, everyone makes mistakes.
The sites were unique and the OBL didn't seem to bad. The articles don't seem to bad either, although the content around the keyword is kind of messy. However, the metrics of the blogs were great and that carries good weight.
Overall, I highly recommend this service if you are interested in getting some diversified links that will boost your rankings. 9/10.

Got a review copy from Fox, two articles from his expired network. One Tumblr and one Weebly. The stats are in fact how he states them. As others have stated above, the content is definitely spun. This was made obvious when I saw my own writing style in the articles. This happens when I'm 100% of the target keyord content market though I guess.
Overall, semi-readable, but good metrics. His speed was fast as well, much faster than my response and review. I'd give this a solid 6/10. Definitely usable for Tier 2.
