Hi,

What type of court orders did you received? as per your email (which we received when our services were already turned off) that our servers with mentioned IP's will be blocked in UK for 2 days and will be unblocked after that time period. It is normal action in EPL games since start of this season.

But servers are hosted in NL and not in UK so why you guys are so much afraid? Did you received any court notice by mail or just a single email from copyrights holding company? as far I can see it is just email and nothing else.

If you guys are not SCAM/Cheat then why ignoring our emails and messages? and if you cannot provide us services then simply refund us our money back, should not be an issue for you.

If you are doing things like illegally streaming EPL games then I think you deserve it. If a dedicated server provider received DMCA notices it is their responsibility to act as their ass is on the line. Maybe if you do something legal things will work out. Why should they give you the money back? Did you read their ToS? Some of the DC's like Leasweb etc are world class providers. To call a company a scam is unfair IMO. Best to resort to something legal than something highly illegal esp when it comes to EPL etc. You dont mess with EPL and get away with it. They are pretty tough and will do whatever it takes to protect their IP.

*What does the delivery time refer to?
Delivery time starts from receipt of payment. Please note these times are provided for informational purposes only. New servers are generally set up within three business days after the order is placed and the order invoice processed.

*Do you provide root access to Dedicated Servers?
Root access is granted by default for any dedicated server purchased from our website. Its the responsibility of the client to keep the root password confidential.

*Can I customise my server?
Absolutely! Just create a support ticket mentioning your requirements and we will deliver your server.

*What is shared bandwidth and how much bandwidth is included with each server?
Shared bandwidth is designed to be shared by a group of servers. Load will vary depending on overall usage. Dedicated bandwidth is also provided as an option on our servers where the entire bandwidth is allocated to your server. Bandwidth limits are mentioned on the order page. In case you want extra bandwidth then you can create a support ticket.

*How many websites can I host on a Dedicated Server?
You are free to host unlimited websites depending on the capability of your server hardware. We have not put any cap.

*What if I need more IP Addresses?
Please raise a support ticket and we will try our best to meet your requirements.

*How often do you monitor the Data Center and Servers?
Our servers, network and Data Centers are monitored by our own system admins remotely on a daily basis.

*Do you have a refund policy?
All purchases are non refundable unless we fail to deliver or there is a hardware failure.

*I forgot to pay my invoice. What do I do now?
Once an invoice is left unpaid the server is suspended. We provide a grace period of 48hrs after which all data is erased from the server.

*Are your servers managed?
We currently do not offer managed services. Its upto our customers to manage their servers.

*How do I reboot my server?
You can either raise a support ticket or visit your control panel (applicable on select products) to reboot your server.
