Thanks for the 50% discount. Got it up running for few days now and must say it's a very great tool. Scraping though now takes time due to IG restrictions.. but it still does its job and handles the timeout/wait times very well.

Hopefully in the future, @mihai1497 will add built in filtering of usernames scraped such as number of followers, followings, medias, private/public, etc.

Unfortunately you can't filter users whil you're scraping them, so adding filters directly on the scraper would slow it down a lot.
