I really am disappointed at this point and with this many delays I just wonder if I am gonna receive the quality that is expected. I wonder If I want to ask for a refund or not.

I'm in exactly the same boat. I have waited so long I want to give the benefit of the doubt, as stuff does happen. But the lack of communication, except very occasional promises of a deadline, which are consistently missed, is becoming very tiresome.

OK that seemed to work, the seller has come back to me. I'm going to put it down to a rough and busy time, which it is globally at the moment. The only thing I wished is the seller would communicate more.
