You picked the lowest package and demanded in the instructions that you want the absolute BEST quality. From my experience clients who want to pay the least and demand the best quality work are a nightmare to deal with so to avoid wasting your time { and my teams valuable time as well } I politely gave you a refund. If you want the best quality please go for the highest package on our site. I apologize if my message came across the wrong way. Thanks.
