I received a review copy from the OP and I've got to say, they provide a quality service. I had 4 web 2.0 properties created. Each property has about 4 pages each of content. The copy reads well and there are plenty of images and videos that are relevant. They do not look spamy so these properties would work well for buffer sites as well as for links to anchor text diversity. They have all been indexed as well.

When my order was completed, I was given a full report on the urls of all the properties and the keywords used for each. Full login details are also provided for each web 2.0 property. The OP was very helpful and responsive to all my questions.

Got a free review copy. I've got only 3 blogs total instead of 4 as other review copies, but that doesn't matter.

Overall looks of the blogs are great, they're using modern themes. The sales pages says Unique Logos, but the logos aren't unique, they are just pictures copied from other websites and I wouldn't call them "logos".

Each blog contains 4 posts and contacts page.
The quality of content is a bit below average. Some sentences reads nice while other don't make sense at all.
Each of the posts contain random images from the net, but relevant to the niche.
Each post contains backlink to my given link (some may not want this and should tell the seller not to include a backlink in all the posts from one blog)
The backlinks are placed in the article at random spots and aren't "merged with the content". They're just put right after a sentence.

All the blogs are indexed in google, but only the main pages, not posts pages. The review copy was done today, so it still needs some time to get fully indexed.

There was some minor problems, but the seller was very responsive and fixed everything.

Overall this service, a bit expensive, but the coupons covers this, would be good to diversify your anchor text.

The content passes copyscape as mentioned in the BST. The sites look great in terms of the fact that they have lots of images and lots of content so they arent your normal think web 2.0s with just 300 words on them.

My order just finished, most of the blogs are already indexed, the quality of the content is good, and from the few I checked its not copied from somewhere, I got the 5 tumblr blogs with an average of 30 PA. Overall its worth its money, we'll see if it has any effect on my rankings, too early to tell

I ordered a custom package (Diamond package + some extra bogs) about 3 weeks ago and got the report few days ago.
Had some problems like missing blog titles in the first place and missing blogs but the OP fixed everything in couple of hours.
Content is readable, unique and basically great for T1's.
I got about 4 articles in average for every web 2.0 and some of the posts link to autorithy sites in the niche like Wiki.
One thing to consider is that you get 4 articles per each web 2.0 but the tumblrs are not included, they will come with one post only.
The tumblrs I got were nice with about 30 PA averagely, well I'm not the guy who belive in metrics so I checked the backlinks myself and they most were looking like sort of wierd spam but w/e, for this price it's ok.
One bad thing to consider is the fact that sometimes the links were just thrown into the articles randomally not related to the sentence at all so it's something Ailia need to fix up.

To sum up, this service is good because its not just 1 page web 2.0 but 4 articles for each
In my opinion it was worth for the price I got it for (40%~ discount) but I wouldn't pay more.

Very impressed with the results:

I received web 2.0s on a range of different platforms.
Content checked with copyscape and shows as unique.
read a few paragraphs of the content on each of the properties and it reads well.
Each property comes with 4 pages of content and each page has miltiple relevant images.
The properties have all been designed with some unique features (Header images etc) so there is no footprint between them.

Overall very decent service and these properties can act as a nice layer onto which you can build another tier of links.
