Yes, something wrong with this panel last 3 days - i got only 200 from 500 likes for 20 (!) minutes.
Yes, it is basic version, but it doesnt mean that this tool can work like shit.
And i am not sure, OP will fix it - as i understood, he unfortunately simply suggests to buy more speed add ons from him (as i know these add ons also dont help - some my friends use them and tell also works bad).

Verify that you do not have async processing enabled / delays set and open a support ticket. Even during peak times, most users are receiving 50-150 upvotes per minute with a standard subscription (aka the quoted amount that be scale servers to maintain).

Specifically why we introduced the "Upvotes Per Minute" counter, which updates every 5 seconds.

I haven't been keeping up with the way users link their CPA related links, and don't know if it's any easier to direct link your own site. There are still ways to promote it regardless, and the best way to figure it out is by checking the comment section for any decently popular niche video (or popular channels that have recently uploaded a video).

Just know that we do not provide any youtube commenting related support, and you'd have to figure it out on your own. Though most people are able to.
