I have been on this forum for a while ,and got to say , member skyrocket sell some really powerfull domain's , he seems to no his business ,so him selling a domain is a no brainer in my opioion ....

Small updated about TF metrics.

Since Majestic decided to screw their algo few days ago (more about that here https://blog.majestic.com/development/trust-flow-yo-yo-algorithm-update-majestic/ ) TF is not 38 anymore, it went down. All the links are still there, of course, which is the most important thing.

All data from ahrefs and DA (from MOZ) are same as in OP
