REVIEW: OP was extremely generous to give me a review copy. I received a report in .xlsx report format. It is extremely clear with login info for: Cpanel, WP, Registrar and email that was used for registration (Yahoo.)

Note: This domain is not related to the niche, but it has a clean backlink profile. It is a .nl. My niche is US based.

Site:
The site looks very nice. It came with a premium WP theme and some very good plugins. There's even a plugin to disable Google Fonts. There are other plugins that will do a good job of covering footprints, etc. The site is very responsive and came with a caching plugin.

Two posts were provided. They read well, but not perfect. There are A LOT of very good images and fake/placeholder ads. The site looks VERY legit. In addition to the two posts there are Contact, TOS and Privacy pages. All look good.

I waited a while to leave this review to see how things rank. I didn't have them add links to my sites. I'm talking about seeing if the site itself ranks. The posts were made Oct. 26th. I received the report Oct. 28th. Everything was indexed already. Today I checked and several keywords related to the articles are ranking in the top 100 in G. These aren't competitive terms, but the fact all content was immediately indexed and ranks is a GOOD sign.

I asked OP about renewing hosting after the free year. He said it will be $1/month/site, not bad. He also said depending on the niche I could get some related sites for an additional fee. Nice!

Overall I give this service 10/10 especially considering the price!
